Are you a Two Worlds client with a technical issue looking for quick answers or support regarding your email? If so, please use the following information as the first step in making sure your configuration settings are correct.

Email Configuration / Setup

Two Worlds currently offers our clients two email services. Google Apps email is our full service offering through Google, which offers integrated calendar, contacts, tasks, and more. For our clients that just need a simple email only solution, we offer our Monster Tamer Basic Email. Please see the sections below for setup instructions and support contacts.

Google Apps Email

Google Apps Support requires a Support PIN # – clients need to login to the Google Apps Admin panel to get a support pin (before contacting support), which is only good for ~45 minutes.

Two Worlds Basic Email

In general, if you know your email settings, most email software programs and devices will walk you through the setup process. If you have email accounts with Monster Tamer (and not Google Apps), here are your configuration settings:

Secure SSL Settings (recommended)

Username: emailname@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.

Incoming Server: celsior.websitewelcome.com

IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995

Outgoing Server: celsior.websitewelcome.com

SMTP Port: 465

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.

Non-Secure Settings

Username: emailname@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.

Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com

IMAP Port: 143
POP3 Port: 110

Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com

SMTP Port: 25

Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
